Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Your privacy matters to me. This page explains what information I collect at CoachKipPiper.com, how I use it, and how I keep it safe. Short version: I only collect what I need to coach you, and I never sell it.

Who I am

Coach Kip Piper offers one-on-one accountability coaching over Zoom. You can reach me anytime at kip@coachkippiper.com.

What I collect

When you book a call: your name, email address and anything you choose to share in the booking form.
When you become a client: your billing details, which are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
During coaching: notes about your goals and progress, so I can follow up and keep you on track.
When you visit the site: basic technical information, like your browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by the tools that run this site.

How I use it

To schedule and run your calls
To send follow-up summaries, reminders and the occasional helpful email
To bill you for coaching
To improve my website and services
